These rucksacks were issued and used in the field, so they will show signs of wear such as fading, scuffs, mismatched buckle colors, metal triglide corrosion, may be missing drawstrings or have stains from service. These may have repairs IE buckle replacement, buttons, stitching. No major damage that would affect usability. Note: Items are picked at random, so the exact level of wear will vary. The Woodland MOLLE II Modular Sleep System (MSS) Carrier is a detachable pouch designed to carry the U.S. military Modular Sleep System separately from the main rucksack compartment. It was part of the original MOLLE/MOLLE II pack system before the sleep-system compartment was integrated into the later MOLLE II large rucksack.

  • Approximate dimensions of 15" × 10" × 9" with about 1,500 cubic inches (25.5 liters) of capacity.

  • Designed so the top opening faces outward when mounted, allowing easier access to the contents while attached to the pack.

Sizing Charts

To measure chest size: Measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by 2. For example-if you measured 20in between your armpits, and multiplied by 2, that would give you a 40in chest measurement. You would need to purchase a size medium.

To measure pants size: Waist- Lay down a well-fitting pair of pants and measure from one side of the waist to the other and multiply by 2. Inseam- Measure starting from the crotch seam intersection and go down the inner leg seam to the bottom of the hem. Reference these measurements with the chart.

To measure hat size: Measure the circumference of your head slightly above your ears. Reference your measurement with the above chart.

When purchasing a jacket or Gore-Tex pants you may want to size up if you plan on wearing layers underneath.
