Item Condition Description: Used (Good) – Fully functional with all straps, hardware, and closures intact. These shoulder straps were issued and used in the field, so they will show signs of wear such as fading, scuffs or minor stains from service. These may have repairs IE buckle replacement, button replacement, pull tab replacement, stitching and mismatching load lifters. No major damage that would affect usability. Note: Items are picked at random, so the exact level of wear will vary. These images show a range of best and worst conditions available and are for reference only. The Woodland MOLLE II shoulder straps were designed for the MOLLE II large rucksack and polymer frame system. Key features include: 

  • Thick closed-cell foam padding to distribute heavy loads across the shoulders and reduce fatigue during long movements.
  • Adjustable shoulder harness that accommodates different torso lengths and body sizes.
  • Integrated sternum strap to keep the shoulder straps from spreading apart and improve load stability.
  • Quick-release buckles at the lower ends, allowing the rucksack to be dropped rapidly in emergencies.
  • Load-lifter attachment points at the top of the straps to help pull the rucksack closer to the body for better weight distribution.
  • Designed to mount directly to MOLLE II polymer frames, including both woodland-era black frames and later coyote-tan frames.
  • Compatible with some ALICE pack modification projects ("Hellcat" style setups), making them popular among surplus users looking for improved comfort over older LC-1/LC-2 straps.

Compared to older ALICE shoulder straps, MOLLE II shoulder straps are generally considered significantly more comfortable due to their thicker padding, sternum strap, and improved adjustment system.

Sizing Charts

To measure chest size: Measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by 2. For example-if you measured 20in between your armpits, and multiplied by 2, that would give you a 40in chest measurement. You would need to purchase a size medium.

To measure pants size: Waist- Lay down a well-fitting pair of pants and measure from one side of the waist to the other and multiply by 2. Inseam- Measure starting from the crotch seam intersection and go down the inner leg seam to the bottom of the hem. Reference these measurements with the chart.

To measure hat size: Measure the circumference of your head slightly above your ears. Reference your measurement with the above chart.

When purchasing a jacket or Gore-Tex pants you may want to size up if you plan on wearing layers underneath.
